Beverage Cart staff will report directly to Food and Beverage manager and/or Assistant Food and Beverage manager.
This is a seasonal hourly paid position with uniforms and golf privileges provided.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs food and drink preparation duties.
- Follows Golf Course etiquette while driving on course
- Expedites the food going out of the kitchen.
- Input correct orders in the point of sales system and charge for the correct items.
- Up-sell menu items and promote specials and new rollouts.
- Accurately manages a cash drawer.
- Performs opening and closing duties of the beverage cart.
- Completion of all daily side work given by supervisor.
- Cleans, maintains and cares for all equipment being used.
- Removes trash and debris from the building and surrounding areas of the course.
- Operates motorized equipment performing duties.
- Accurately inputs received tips from credit cards on the point of sales system.
- Cleaning and sanitation of beverage cart.
- Maintains the proper stock of food items, drinks, utensils, and other small wares.
- Reports issues on the course to management.
- Records inventory of items sold.
- Performs other duties assigned by supervisors.
- Works well and assist co-workers with their duties.
Standards and Qualifications:
- Serving experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in hot areas.
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
- Must have a positive attitude.
